If the holiday / package / event is not paid for by the due date, the Organiser shall have the right to cancel the holiday. If the Organiser, at the request&nbsp;of the Consumer or Retailer, agrees to delay cancellation of the holiday, then&nbsp;if the Organiser subsequently cancels for non-payment, the cancellation charges&nbsp;set out below shall apply and be payable by the Consumer.&nbsp; If a team contract has been signed then the&nbsp;Payment and Cancellation Terms on this signed contract supersede the Payment&nbsp;and Cancellation Terms below.&nbsp; Because&nbsp;of the ever-changing nature of airfare structures and the increasing&nbsp;availability of instant purchase air fares most of the flights which we sell&nbsp;must be paid for in full at the time of booking together with our normal&nbsp;deposit. Roommates will be assigned from within your group unless otherwise requested. Please ensure that all personal information entered on the next page is 100% accurate.&nbsp; This includes passport details, which are required for flight bookings and other travel arrangements — correct spelling is essential.

Package Per Person in Paris Hotel

Why is there a Single Room Supplement? In most European hotels, especially in places like Paris, pricing is based on room occupancy, not per person. A twin room is designed for two people, typically with two single beds or one shared space split between two guests. This keeps costs down because the room cost is shared. However, when someone requests a single room (i.e. a private room just for one person), the hotel is still allocating a whole room — but now for only one guest — so they charge extra to make up for the unshared cost. This is what’s called the Single Room Supplement.
