This will be Fortivus Academy's Rugby's 1st International Rugby Tour with Irish Rugby Tours and is looking to be a real gem of a Tour.
Please note all airport & date deviations, cabin upgrades must be confirmed and paid in full a minimum of 2 months prior to departure. All changes are 100% non refundable and non changeable once changes have been made.
Important Booking Information – Please Read Before Registering
This tour has been designed with the understanding that each player will be accompanied by a parent or designated adult guardian.
Each player must have a parent or adult travelling with them on the tour.
If a player’s parent is not travelling, they must be formally associated with another adult who is part of the tour and has agreed to act as their guardian.
By registering, you confirm that your child will be accompanied as required, and that you acknowledge the supervision responsibilities for the duration of the trip.
All bookings should be made by the accompanying adult, including the player’s details within the same registration. Please ensure that both the player and accompanying adult are included in your booking.

Booking Terms & Conditions
· Non-refundable deposit or $250.00 per person required to confirm booking.
· Interim deposit $500.00 per person required 7 months before departure.
· Interim deposit $500.00 per person required 5 months before departure.
· Interim deposit $500.00 per person required 3 months before departure.
· Remaining Balance required 60 days prior to departure.
If the holiday / package / event is not paid for by the due date, the Organiser shall have the right to cancel the holiday. If the Organiser, at the request of the Consumer or Retailer, agrees to delay cancellation of the holiday, then if the Organiser subsequently cancels for non-payment, the cancellation charges set out below shall apply and be payable by the Consumer.
If a team contract has been signed then the Payment and Cancellation Terms on this signed contract supersede the Payment and Cancellation Terms below.
Because of the ever-changing nature of airfare structures and the increasing availability of instant purchase air fares most of the flights which we sell must be paid for in full at the time of booking together with our normal deposit. Such airfares are non-refundable and accordingly cancellation of holidays involving instant purchase/ticketed flights will incur loss of airfare together with our standard cancellation charges as detailed below:
• Deposit Non-Refundable
• 12 weeks prior to the departure, 50% of total costs
• 8-12 weeks prior to the departure, 75% of the total costs
• 4-8 weeks prior to the departure, 90% of the total costs
• Within 4 weeks of the date of departure, 100% of the total costs
All cancellation charges apply to each person covered by a booking.
