Irish Rugby Tours is pleased to present the following booking portal for City Honors Girls Rugby Tour to Scotland 17th February - 26th February 2028.
Please have your passport handy to add the information at the booking stage - if you do not have a passport this information can be added at a later date maximum 45 days prior to departure but all names must be added in advance which are going to appear on your passport for airline tickets.
This will be City Honors Girls 4th Rugby Tour with Irish Rugby Tours and is looking to be a real gem of a Tour and we are going to beat what a cracking 1st Tour it was!!!!
This is only a booking & payment portal not for communication purposes. All communications should be directed to your Tour Leader or Tour Coordinator. If you have any queries please contact your tour contact who will be able to help you as emails are not monitored.
All accommodations are based on multi bed sharing rooms in hostels with players sharing private rooms only within their group, parents & coaches sharing with only coaches in their group. Rooms will sleep up to a maximum of 8 people per room.
Any add ons / upgrades must be booked and paid for at the initial booking stage and are non refundable / non changeable. No add ons are allowed to be booked after the initial booking stage.
Any requests to for date deviations, cabin upgrades must be confirmed and paid in full a minimum of 3 months prior to departure. All changes are 100% non refundable and non changeable once changes have been made. This is airline policy and cannot be accommodated after this time.
If the holiday / package / event is not paid for by the due date, the Organiser shall have the right to cancel the holiday. If the Organiser, at the request of the Consumer or Retailer, agrees to delay cancellation of the holiday, then if the Organiser subsequently cancels for non-payment, the cancellation charges set out below shall apply and be payable by the Consumer.
If a team contract has been signed then the Payment and Cancellation Terms on this signed contract supersede the Payment and Cancellation Terms below.
Because of the ever-changing nature of airfare structures and the increasing availability of instant purchase air fares most of the flights which we sell must be paid for in full at the time of booking together with our normal deposit. Such airfares are non-refundable and accordingly cancellation of holidays involving instant purchase/ticketed flights will incur loss of airfare together with our standard cancellation charges as detailed below:
• Deposit Non-Refundable.
• 16 - 20 weeks prior to the departure, 25% of total costs.
• 12 - 16 weeks prior to the departure, 50% of total costs.
• 8-12 weeks prior to the departure, 75% of the total costs.
• 4-8 weeks prior to the departure, 90% of the total costs.
• Within 4 weeks of the date of departure, 100% of the total costs.
All cancellation charges apply to each person covered by a booking.
